Arteria S.A. is the parent company of the group of companies comprising the capital group. Arteria S.A. is the sole owner and holds the majority block of stocks or shares.

The Company exercises the owner supervision, deciding about financial policy, business relations with the key clients and directions of investment activities undertaken in accordance with adopted strategy.
