The Arteria Capital Group net earnings reached PLN 3.4 million during the first half of 2011

The strategy of the Arteria SA Management Board, announced last year, focusing on improvement of profitability and effective consolidation of own resources, gave the expected results already during the first half of 2011.  Thanks to these developments, the net profit attributed to the parent company grew by almost 50%.  During that period, the Arteria SA Capital Group recorded an increase of its operating profit by 39%, and growth of EBITDA from PLN 4.0 million to PLN 5.0 million (which means an increase by 24%). With revenues on a comparable level as during the previous periods, the own sales costs were significantly reduced (by PLN 4.8 million compared to the previous period), which is a proof of consequent implementation of the strict cost control program.  In the opinion of the Company’s Management Board, the new projects (including the MasterCard cooperation) shall allow the Arteria SA Capital Group to maintain its net profitability level during the subsequent quarters of 2011.

Arteria S.A. Capital Group reports earnings of PLN 5,7 million for 2010

Arteria S.A. Capital Group’s annual report, out today, reveals that the Company generated PLN 111,06 million in sales, its EBITDA reached PLN 13,1 million, while net earnings attributable to the parent company were PLN 5,7 million, which represents an increase of 36% over the corresponding period last year (when the net earnings were PLN 4,19 million).

 

Dynamic Profit increase and improvement of Profitability in The 3TH Quarter

In the 3rd quarter Arteria S.A. Group of Companies made a profit in the amount of 1.51 million compared to 0.95 million obtained in the previous year, which means the increase on the level of 59.51%. The Company focused in this period on improvement of profitability factors. Net profitability increased from 2.88% (in the 3rd quarter of 2009) to the level of 5.57% in the 3rd quarter of 2010, and gross profit on sales increased by 6.22 percentage points. In the period of 9 months of 2010 the profit of Arteria S.A. Group of Companies amounted cumulatively to PLN 3.81 million, and the revenues were on the level of PLN 79.60 million.

 

Parkiet: acquisition decision to be taken this quarter

Arteria is close to complete the acquisition of a company engaged in, among other things, selling telecommunications services. “Essentially, we have agreed all the terms of the transaction. We have yet to arrange a meeting or two in order to verify whether or not we made the right assumptions,” says Wojciech Bieńkowski, President of Arteria, a company operating in the sales outsourcing segment. He adds that the final decision to go ahead with the acquisition should be taken before the end of this quarter.

Very good financial results of Arterial S.A. Group of Companies after 3 quarters

After 3 quarters of 2009 Arteria S.A. Group of Companies earned cumulative sales revenue equal to PLN 98,8 million and generated PLN 10,7 million of operating profit, which results in the increase dynamics equal to 11,2% and 32,8% respectively, compared to analogous period of the previous year. In the period subject to reporting, the Company recorded EBITDA growth by 40,1%, while the consolidated net profit assigned to the dominant company amounted to PLN 3,7 million, showing the increase dynamics equal to 27,9% in comparison with the 3rd quarter of 2008 (PLN 2,9 million).
